Screening a client's requirement is the first step in the right
direction toward a successful partnership. Gathering the technical
details as well as the soft skills enables our recruiters to
shrink the dartboard in selecting potential candidates. If we
do not believe the requirement is "fillable," we will
not hesitate to share our rationale with our clients. Consistent
training of our Account Managers and/or Marketing representatives
through a mentoring program ensures professionalism, ethics

Candidate Screening
We require all Spark Consulting recruiters to follow the same
Screening process for all potential candidates:
- Spark Consulting's Candidate database includes 10,000+
candidates that accumulated over last 12 years. Besides
our own network of active job seekers, we have numerous
publicly and privately available resources.
- All candidates are technically screened in top three skills
required by the Client. We share these Results with our
clients.
- Reference Checks are performed
- In-person interviews are conducted as per Client’s
request.

Candidate Submission
The Client Account Manager completes the final step of the screening
process by submitting only the top two candidates resulted from
our screening process. We do not inundate clients with resumes
since we believe strongly that it is Spark Consulting's responsibility
to screen - not the clients. And this accountability has earned
numerous Clients’ trust where in hiring manager set’s
up the personal interview without even looking at the resume.
